1. Harvesting
Location Identification: Shilajit is primarily found in the Himalayan mountains and similar regions. Our Expert Harvesters look for specific rock formations known to yield Shilajit.
2. Extraction:
Our team of Extractors carefully chip away the layers of rock to extract the resinous substance. This is typically done in the warmer months when the resin is more pliable.
3. Crushing / Initial Cleaning /Screening / Segregation
Removing Impurities: The harvested Shilajit is cleaned to remove dirt, small stones, and other impurities. This is usually done by hand or with the use of brushes.
Sorting: The material is sorted based on quality, with the best resin being set aside for further processing.
4. Filtration with Water & Sun Drying
Water Solution & Sun Drying: The cleaned Shilajit is Dissolved in Hot Water, the Dirt & impurities due to their density are settled at bottom, Shilajit Solution is then taken out & go through filtration process after filtration its places in trays & spread out under the sun to evaporate any remaining moisture. This step helps prevent spoilage and ensures that the resin hardens properly.
Avoiding Contamination: Care is taken to protect the resin from dust and other contaminants during drying for the mentioned purpose all this process is being carried out in our specially designed glass containers which let the sun rays pass through but blocks any kind of air or dirt hence ensuring the purity of Shilajit.
5. Cold Extraction
After drying, the solid Shilajit is dissolved in a suitable solvent to extract the beneficial compounds.
This process is done at lower temperatures to preserve the integrity of the nutrients.
Packaging
Containers: The processed Shilajit after final quality check is packaged in airtight containers to protect it from moisture, light, and air, which can
Labeling: Each package is labeled with information about the product, including origin, processing method, and suggested uses
Storage: The packaged Shilajit is stored in a cool, dry place until distribution.
